GOLFING GEM A $4.75M GIFT

THE wash-up of the Gold Coast estate of Japanese billionaire Toshi Ogawara has continued with the $4.75 million transfer of the Emerald Lakes golf course to daughter Yukiko.

The 62ha property, in which tycoon the late Kerry Packer had a stake in the 1980s, is held via companies set up in May and solely owned by the Californianbased Yukiko.

Toshi died in 2016 and assets subsequently sold have included his The Villa private golf course and Emerald Lakes offices.
