THEFT – COOLANGATTA
A CAR was taken while the driver was having a swim in Coolangatta.
The white 1999 LandCruiser with Queensland registration 016 FHW was taken from Marine Pde between 4.455.15pm on August 15.
Inside the car was a surfboard, clothing, shoes, mobile phones and two wallets.
The cards were used a short time later in the Banora Point area.
Police would like to speak to the man and woman pictured, who may have information to assist with the investigation. Reference: QP1801504480
STEALING – SOUTHPORT
POLICE would like to talk with the man and woman pictured in relation to a stealing offence at a Southport chemist last month.
The woman is described as 170cm tall, with dark hair in a ponytail, 30-40 years old, caucasian, of medium build and wearing a grey long-sleeve T-shirt and a black handbag. She may also have a tattoo on the top of one of her feet.
The man is described as caucasian, balding, taller than the woman, in his mid 40s, with tattoos and wearing a grey T-shirt and board shorts.
On Tuesday, August 14 about 1.40pm, two people entered a Ferry Rd chemist before taking three designer perfumes before leaving the store without making any attempt to pay. Reference: QP1801497425
FRAUD – LABRADOR
ABOUT 3.40pm on Sunday, August 5, a man allegedly bought goods at a Marine Pde petrol station, Labrador, with a stolen credit card.
Police investigations found the card had been stolen from a car parked on Stevens St in Southport after 9pm the day before.
Police would like to talk with the man pictured. Reference: QP1801435904
