NOT SO STRONG ON GEOGRAPHY

ASF, whose resort and casino plans for the Southport Spit were rejected by the State Government, appears a little shaky on its geography.

The group has told shareholders it has a management role in the posh 14-unit AU Surfers Paradise which is “right on Main Beach” – it’s in fact near the Surfers heart, next to the Chateau tower.

ASF also says the AU is the only product to offer 15metre oceanfront views, a comment which may have Ocean super-tower developer Harry Triguboff and others chortling.
