FISHING

OFFSHORE: Looking pretty horrible offshore. Wouldn’t recommend heading out as it is going to be fairly untidy all day. Likely better conditions tomorrow.

BROADWATER: Tailor around Crab Island and Sovereign Island. Lots of good flathead. Whiting and flathead on the Gold Bank. A few mudcrabs starting to move up Pimpama, Nerang and Coomera Rivers. Plenty up bream and flathead and some mangrove jacks starting to show as well.

FRESHWATER: Still fishing well for bass and yellowbelly. Use live shrimp for bait to have best chances.

SEAWAY: Mulloway and flathead and trevally around.
