Cullen eyes atonement

-

IT was just two years ago when Cameron Cullen caused Redcliffe grand final heartbreak.

But now the halfback is ready to help end the proud club’s 12-year title drought.

Cullen was an instrumental part of the Burleigh team that won the Intrust Super Cup in 2016, defeating the Dolphins 26-16 at Suncorp Stadium. He then spent last season in an NRL system at Manly but returned to Queensland in 2018 and has led Redcliffe straight back to the grand final.

While he caused them pain in the past, the Dolphins skipper is ready to make amends against Easts on Sunday.

“I want to bring the trophy home for Redcliffe,” he said.
