LOU DISCOVERS POWER OF PEN

OVER the years Louise McGregor has been a regular smiling face at many a function as a creative branding powerhouse with P’s in a Pod and her new venture Louise McGregor Strategy. Now she has briefly stepped out of that world to publish her first book. “I’ve always loved writing and have boxes filled with poems, stories and diaries,” she explained. “When my eldest child Morgan was four I made up a story, The Midnight Dragon, which became his favourite. For years he kept imploring me to write the story and so I teamed up with illustrator Brooke Dobbie and we brought the story to life. I printed off a few for family and friends and gave one to Morgan for his 14th birthday. They all loved it and so I then independently published it. I’m so excited because the book is now available at Bookface in Pacific Fair or by emailing me at loumcgregorstrategy@gmail.com – I’ve got the bug now with two more books ready to go.” And so a publishing dynasty is born.
