A PRIME Southport property – opposite the Porsche centre – is set to go under hammer.

The 2 Case St property, which is fully leased, is being offloaded by White Rhinos Pty Ltd, which is associated with Brisbane investor Kathleen Parer.

The six-unit property is located on a 4119sq m block and contains a 1840sq m building anchored by Moreton Hire. Colliers International’s Daniel Coburn and Pat Cavanagh are taking the property to auction on October 24.
