WITH apologies to Radio City Music Hall the opening of Pimpama City Shopping Centre could have been billed as Norm Rix and the Rixettes. One thing that the veteran developer loves above all else is his extended family and friends who were there in force. To celebrate the opening of the mega millions centre, a VIP cocktail party was held on Thursday night to showcase the biggest event in the 60 plus years of Rix Developments. Musical acts, minimal speeches and a feast of food and drink were the order of the night
