Cat burglar caught out

A CAT burglar who plucked a pedigree puss from its own garden has been busted after his victim’s social media fans were harnessed to hunt for their hero.

Relieved owner Izabela Mnich, 34, was reunited with her 10-year-old siberian forest cat, known as Mr Muk, when the suspect was recognised in an online appeal.

After the fluffy ginger pet disappeared from his home in North London in July, his followers began a wide appeal.

Police released a CCTV image of Mr Muk with the catnapper and weeks later he was found in a nearby suburb.
