NEW OWNER FOR JIMBOOMBA UNIT

A SYDNEY investor has added a strata property in Jimboomba to its property portfolio.

The investor bought the 95sq m unit, home to LJ Hooker, for $575,000, representing a 9 per cent yield. The sellers were Daniel and Roxanne Bennetts, who had bought the unit, which is located in the Jimboomba Convenience Centre, for $517,000 in 2011.

LJ Hooker has three years left on its lease.
