ENGINEERS PLUMP FOR UPGRADE

-

A LEADING engineering firm has taken advantage of a speculative fitout to consolidate its offices into a Brisbane CBD tower as businesses look to upgrade from serviced offices.

APD Engineering has secured a two-year lease on just over 400sq m space on the 18th floor of the Keppel Capital-owned tower at 160 Ann St.

The company was at 141 Queen St and in serviced offices at Riparian Plaza on Eagle St. CBRE’s Arabella Sherborne said APD had been searching for six months for a new head office. “The 160 Ann St suite – the tower’s last remaining vacancy – ticked all the boxes and was the standout option from the outset,” Ms Sherbourne said.
