Former lawyer out of jail, into work

FORMER Gold Coast criminal lawyer Briana Ioannides has a new gig, it has been revealed during a guilty plea as she was released from custody.

The 29-year-old pleaded guilty yesterday in the Southport Magistrates Court to unlawful use of a motor vehicle, receiving tainted property and breaching a bail condition.

Defence lawyer Chris Hannay said his client now had a job as an account manager with construction Group.
