SALES BOOMING AS NORTH GROWS
A SURGE in construction activity in the Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor is driving increased sales in industrial estates to accommodate the rise in demand for trade supplies.
Recent transactions at Steele Park Industrial Estate in Logan Village have pushed the value of land sales in the estate up to more than $7 million.
The deals span a total of 36,183sq m of land, or 73 per cent of the 51,690sq m subdivision.
Steele Park Industrial Estate is just five minutes from Lendlease’s masterplanned community Yarrabilba.
