TEDDER SITES SOLD BEFORE AUCTION
A BUYER has stepped in before auction and snared a major portion of Tedder Ave retail and office property Main Beach Plaza.
The seven strata titles, being sold after the death earlier this year of billionaire developer Nev Pask, were to have been auctioned yesterday.
Michael Willems, of Ray White Commercial, said an interstate buyer made a healthy offer earlier in the week and it was accepted. He would not disclose the price achieved.
Five of the seven Pask titles are occupied and net $271,716 a year.
