Dora star shares pain of hospital visit
THE star of Gold Coast-shot film Dora The Explorer has written of her pain after visiting sick children at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital.
Isabela Moner was in character as Dora when she dropped by the Brisbane hospital on Sunday.
She wrote a heartfelt Instagram message to one patient, Balil, who she discovered had “a few days left on this earth”.
“We need more people like him. I’m not as appreciative as I should be. My faith is shaky. I’m angry. And I really don’t have words. Balil, I sincerely wish I could take away all your pain,” the 17-year-old American wrote.
