Expansion revealed

VALUATION company LandMark White, which was founded on the Gold Coast in the 1990s, has announced a bid to expand with the acquisition of Taylor Bryne.

The company yesterday said it will offer Taylor Bryne shareholders total consideration of $10.3 million for the company including $5.15 million cash and 8.583 million shares in LandMark White at an issue price of 60¢. The offer closes on October 15.
