Sunland launched their new Magnoli Apartments at Palm Beach with a clever scale version replica of the units at Nerang, complete with giant seascape

MAGNOLI APARTMENTS LAUNCH Nerang

A VERY different approach to the marketing of Magnoli Apartments at Palm Beach from the team at Sunland. To give prospective buyers a real-life feel of their purchase, the new concept was launched with a one-to-one scale version in Nerang. Walk in the front door and you are in an exact replica of one of the apartments of the twin towers right beside the beach. To add to the illusion, a giant seascape has been draped outside enhancing the experience of being there but not being there. Tres clever.
