TOMORROW

New SSE swell builds under fresh SSE winds. Rising from a messy 2 to 3ft+ early towards 3 to 4ft+ across exposed north NSW beaches during the afternoon and up to 4 to 6ft later. Grading 1 to 2ft+ exposed SE QLD breaks, rising to a messy 2 to 3ft+ in the arvo, possibly bigger later. Cleaner although smaller surf within sheltered points. WIND: SSE at 15 to 25 knots, tending SE during the afternoon.

FRIDAY

Stronger SSE swell shows under moderate SE winds. Messy 4 to 6ft+ sets on south facing beaches of northern NSW, grading to 3 to 4ft+ exposed southern QLD breaks and smaller in the bays and along the points. WIND: SE to ESE 15 to 20 kts.

SATURDAY

Mix of solid mid period SSE swell and rising ESE windswell under moderate SE, ESE winds. Unsettled 3 to 5ft sets exposed beaches northern NSW beaches, building towards 5 to 6ft+ during the afternoon. Grading to a junky 2 to 4ft along the points and bays, bigger later. WIND: ESE at 15 to 20 knots.
