Seeking partner in prime

- SALLY COATES sally.coates@news.com.au

TURNS out even guys who look like Ian D’Andrade still struggle to find a partner.

The Canadian expat is ripped, owns popular gym Never Quit Factory, and spends his days pushing people to get fit and healthy.

But while he might fit the gym junkie stereotype to look at, Mr D’Andrade assured us he would skip a gym sesh for a date.

“Obviously there’s a truth behind every stereotype but I don’t even drink protein shakes,” he joked.

“I actually used to be over the top, I went two years without a cheat meal but life’s too short – it’s about balance.

“Ice cream, alcohol, I love tequila – she has to like tequila.

“And I’ve done a few salsa lessons and a hip hop class so if we have a few drinks I’ll tear up the dance floor.

“I think I can equate it (being single) to the one thing: I just haven’t met the right person.”

Mr D’Andrade is just one of the singles who has entered our Bulletin Bachies competition.

Time is running out fast for those looking for love, with the competition closing at midday today. To enter Bulletin Bachies and for full terms and conditions, visit goldcoastbulletin.com.au/competitions.
