Arrest over limo smash
POLICE have arrested the son of the owner of the limo company behind the weekend’s crash that killed 20 people in New York.
Nauman Hussain was charged with criminally negligent homicide associated with the crash.
Mr Hussain manages the day-to-day operations of the company Prestige Limousines, owned by his father, Shahed. His dad is currently in Pakistan for a medical operation.
Prestige Limousine has been criticised for maintaining vehicles rife with violations and for employing a driver lacking a commercial licence.
