THE BEACH is an important part of Gold Coast life, and it’s vital we all do our part to keep it safe and healthy.

BeachCare’s dune planting activities this weekend are a great way to help out – they’ll help you plant native species, remove invasive weeds and clean up any litter.

Plus it’s always a great excuse to have a day at the beach.

Be sure to bring enclosed shoes, some drinking water and put on your best sun smart clothing to stay safe in the summer weather.
