Debate over Pokemon ‘No’

-

POKEMON fans have reacted with bemusement to a campaign against them by a Gold Coast councillor.

The Bulletin yesterday (pictured) revealed Cr Hermann Vorster had written to gaming giant Nintendo over its game Pokemon Go.

He was upset over more than $14,000 damage to a road reserve in a Robina Park by players who were parking illegally in their hunt for the fictional creatures.

Cr Vorster’s letter sparked heavy debate on social media, with some fans praising his Pokemon-themed puns. Nintendo declined to comment.
