THE MENINGA MANTRA

MAL Meninga has developed a respectful culture at rugby league teams he has coached.

First with the all-conquering Queensland Maroons and then the Australian Kangaroos.

Winning was important to him but so was the quality of the individual in the team.

Under his watch, the Kangaroos adopted the RISE mantra — Respect, Inspiration, Selflessness and Excellence.

His appointment puts the Titans players on notice.
