Strong winds blowing at 26 knots forecast for coastal waters. A southerly wind change is expected tomorrow and should improve visibility.

COOK ISLAND: Visibility is less than 5m from Cook Island to Nine Mile. Conditions should be improving by the weekend. Turtles and bull rays have been seen recently in the area.

SEAWAY: Visibility is only around 1m with the strong northerly winds bringing dirty and cold water to the Seaway. Water temperature is around 19-21C.
