PHYSIOTHERAPY PREMISES SOLD

PHYSIOTHERAPIST Philippa Gilbert has sold the Arundel Medical Centre for $1.4 million.

Ms Gilbert, who sold the 122 Olsen Ave property together with Christopher Edward, is the CEO and founder of PhysioMax Physiotherapy, which operates from the Arundel premises.

The buyer was TJIC Pty Ltd, linked to Tony Lai and Joy Lee, of Helensvale. The 122 Olsen Ave property has a lettable area of 270sq m on a 1206sq m block.
