I want to comment on the dreadful DUI ads on TV at the moment. They are supposedly for safety reasons, yet only the driver is wearing a seat belt! I’ve written to our government, asking that they remove this ad, but, of course, no reply. It’s a case of double standards, if you ask me. Stropp, Robina.

Lifeline takes a homeless man to the Southport Magistrates Court in an attempt to squeeze $10 out of him in restitution for nicking a T-shirt and jeans from their Southport store last November.
