IAN Dore, a former developer who spent a period selling apartment building management rights, obviously believes they are the bee’s knees — he’s invested in some.

The 74-year-old, who spent some time working with the Resort Brokers group, is among investors who have snared the rights to Main Beach’s Pacific Views tower in a $4 million-plus deal. In the Pacific Views ‘action’ alongside Ian, who many years ago developed a Southport office block, is Kiwi builder Bryce Beauchamp.
