BLEACH FESTIVAL LAUNCH HOTA

IT started off as an idea with lofty ambitions and today the Bleach Festival has become a major event known across the country. For 12 days from April 17 there will be 132 performances across every aspect of the performing arts. The big ticket item is Verdi’s Requiem by Opera Queensland with the QSO on the outdoor stage at HOTA. Fittingly, that was the location for the official launch of this year’s Bleach with 150 dignitaries on hand to hear what is planned. Something for everyone, and then some.
