Depp: Tryst one month after vows

-

JOHNNY Depp has alleged his ex-wife Amber Heard started an affair with billionaire tycoon Elon Musk within a month of their wedding.

The claim is reportedly made in a defamation lawsuit in which the 55-year-old actor is suing Heard for up to $71 million after she accused him of domestic violence.

The Pirates of the Caribbean

star accused Heard, 32, of fabricating domestic abuse allegations as part of an “elaborate hoax” to boost her celebrity status, according to People

magazine. The pair split after filming on the Gold Coast.

He also claimed that, rather than being a victim, his ex-wife was a “perpetrator” of domestic violence and once injured his hand with a vodka bottle.

Now Depp, who split from fellow actor Heard in 2016, has claimed that she invited Tesla founder Musk, 47, to their Los Angeles home for “late night” visits while he was away.

The affair began no later than a month after their wedding in 2015, Depp says.

Eric M George, a lawyer for Heard, said the case was “the latest of Johnny Depp’s repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard”, adding the actor had carried out “continued vile harassment” against her.

The pair split after Heard claimed she was a victim of domestic abuse, sharing pictures which she alleged proved she had been beaten by her husband.

It is alleged she “presented her battered face to the public” on the same night Musk was invited to the couple’s home.

It is also claimed that staff at their penthouse building testified that Musk had visited “late at night”, with Heard telling workers to give the tech boss access to the car park.

A spokesman for the billionaire told the US publication that he and Heard only began seeing each other following her split from Depp, adding that even then it was “infrequent”.

The pair spent time together on the Gold Coast while Miss Heard shot Aquaman.

They split up the following year.
