FINAL MIXED-USE SITE ’UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY’
ROBINA Group is selling the final mixed-use site in the Riverwalk precinct, which it calls an “extension” of Robina Town Centre.
The 8401sq m site at lot 221 Waterfront Place is being marketed by Colliers International’s Geoff Lamb and James Holland. It is for sale in one line or with the option to purchase one of three subdivided parcels, which range in size from 2451sq m to 3200sq m.
The site has approval for development of up to eight storeys and a range of uses, including residential, commercial, retirement, medical, education, mixed use and hotel development.
Robina Group CEO Hylton Slater said few sites in the Robina CBD remain for sale.
“This is the final mixed-use site in the popular Riverwalk precinct and it is one of the best parcels of land now available in Gold Coast City,” he said. “It could be viewed as an ‘extension’ of Robina Town Centre or an addition to existing residential communities or the business hub. The site boasts easy access to the M1 motorway, proximity to Robina Train Station, as well as restaurants, cafes and shopping.”
Mr Lamb said he was expecting interest from a range of developers, due to the strategic position, extensive number of pre-approved uses and flexibility. “This is a unique opportunity for a buyer to secure the site in its entirety, or to select one or more smaller lots to create a parcel that best suits their vision,” he said.
An offers-to-purchase campaign closes on April 16.
