WELL another Labor Day long weekend over

-

– the weekend the unions want to strut around and tell us how good they are – and what did we see?

On Sunday we had Green Adani protesters who were kicked out of a country town by the people protesting about climate change and the need for us all to give up our jobs and freeze over winter so we can avoid a catastrophic destruction of the world which will never happen, of course attended by the federal Senate and lower house candidates of the Greens especially our own Sally Spain and the other fella from Fadden who I can never remember his name.

On that same day we had other animal rights protesters hanging around Labrador picking up what the council picks up, and telling everyone in Harley Park they need to stop harming the seaweed, led by our favourite animal rights protester who has been recently fined for the second time for raiding honest legal businesses out west.

We had Bill Shorten on the news telling us how he will make our lives better with the help of our Premier Annastacia Palaszcuk who has taxed us into the ground via our regos, licences and approvals and is now getting ready to give us a new casino by buying up all the pokies not being used so she get more revenue.

Bill was supported by the three most-hated ALP Prime Ministers in recent history, Keating who taxed us into the ground and made the excuse “it was the recession we had to have”, Rudd who was stabbed in the back by Gillard and Gillard who was stabbed in the back by Rudd – both helped by ‘Billy Boy’.

I wonder why the most beloved ALP PM in recent history Bob Hawke didn’t attend – or maybe old Bob can see what we all see.

Then we had the unions and their march, but where were the crowds to support them?

The papers tell us that Bill Shorten is unpopular. I wonder why when his name is now linked to Keating, Rudd and Gillard, his higher taxes are now linked to Palaszcuk and as we all know by the polls 16 per cent of us are undecided – 16 per cent who usually throw up their hands and just vote for the leader who is more popular.

Yep a typical Labor Day. Why do we have it? So I can catch some good fish andswitch off.
