Why has TransLink or Metricon Stadium changed the queuing system for the shuttle buses after the game? The system worked well last season and now we are hearded like sheep up and down long races to reach the buses which are only metres from the entrance of the queuing system. The system is ludicrous and needs to be returned to the previous setup. Angry Suns Supporter

Once again Mark Bailey doing the only heavy lifting he knows, his lead pencil. Still blaming everyone else for his own Labor Government inabilities and inadequacy. GTN

Thank you Cancer Council for great morning tea in Gold Class on Wednesday. BM

If the greens were really worried about birds they would leave the coffee shops and go out west and kill the cats that kill millions of birds yearly. Rocket

The Games are over but a year on why isn’t there any sign of a new terminal at the airport? They’ve had years to prepare so should have been ready to start when the Games finished. Terry

A climate change demander was asked on YouTube if she was aware of a Washington Post report of dramatic melting of arctic ice. She said she hadn’t seen the report but that it was exactly what she wanted to prevent. She was then shown the report. It was from November 2, 1921 – 98 years ago. Weather scares are the oldest con game of all. Onetooth Wally

Since the dawn of time people have instinctively felt that there is a higher entity or God and both sides of the globe worshipped the sun for instance, till the coming of Christ! Those of us who have seen ghosts and/or spirits or do the ‘automatic’ writing to communicate, know that there is a spirit world and hence there must be one in charge namely God! – Zid

I was stunned to read double page on domestic violence on Gold Coast (GCB, 29/5) and made me feel a bit ashamed to be a male, however even more stunned to read last line in almost every incident “Sentence wholly suspended.” KJ

Eve I agree with you entirely about the Channel 9 news teasers!. Blooming annoying! grannie annie

Re: Marg’s letter (GCB, 28/5). Look up Qld Government, Department of Justice and Attorney-General website. There is a wealth of information re contacting the Minister. The Hon. Yvette D’ Ath

is the current Attorney-General responsible for Justice! If we want anything to change Marg, we all must actively do something about the problem. Ring, write constructively, complain to the person/people responsible for the problem in this case Justice. They are public Servants - we pay them well to deliver appropriate services in the community. So obviously the Justice Department hasn’t heard from enough people in the community yet! Time to start now! BM, Southport

Yes oh yes ZORBA please take out that personal loan to buy Sally Spain a one-way ticket to Spain, and I will buy one for Gael Beale as well. Don’t these greenies know we are sick of them over the Adani mine protesters putting thousands of miners out of work including my husband and trying to survive on welfare. Julie, a miners wife and mum of 3 kids.

If the M1 is a priority project for the governments then why aren’t they working on the weekend to get it finished? I’m sure there’s enough manpower to get it done, the traffic travels 7 days a week too. Terry

Can someone please explain why I can only get a 1 to 2 bar signal from Telstra as I live in Benowa Waters and the tower is at Benowa Shopping Centre and even then when you are talking on the phone it will drop out and lose signal altogether and that’s 4G. KB, Benowa

I agree that judges are too soft. How about the female teacher who had sex with a schoolboy. She got told off and went back to work. Should’ve got life.

Ok so Cherry-Evans legally backed out of a deal with the Titans. Morally wrong but get over it people. He did what was best for his family and longer term future. Hayne was a far bigger disaster for the club. And yes I am a season-ticket holder. Reggie

To Bourkey. the canetoads leave the boasting and bragging to the cockroaches and just play footy. d.a.luig.

The queue on Mt Everest is beyond belief the sooner the Tibet Govt reduce the entry licences the better for the mountain and its environment. Doug

I voted for you Mr Morrison and you are going to give the workers tax cuts so they have more money in their pockets. I am an aged pensioner and paid taxes all my working years how about an increase in the pension so we don’t have to live in poverty! PM, Surfers
