Do you get your five a day?
Probably three fruit and veg … six on a good day. It is truly the best way to shop: fill the trolley full of fruity goodness in aisle one and there’s no room for chips in aisle five.
Have you ever dieted?
No not really, but I probably should. I’ve dabbled with a few of those home delivery family food boxes. Do you know how hard it is to diet in a house full of boys who eat ENORMOUS quantities? They exercise.
Sleep or party?
What do you think? Sleep. Unless it’s a REALLY good party, then I’m last to leave.
Any operations or broken bones?
Appendix – GONE! And a couple of broken arms – from falling off a horse during my childhood in Tamworth, and falling off a stool. No, not at an aforementioned party.
Biggest health mistake?
I’ve had a precancerous “thing” on my face, which was from not wearing enough sunscreen in childhood. Slathering baby oil on my legs during lunchtimes in high school to “get a tan” in 38 degree Tamworth summers wasn’t the best idea either.
Do you take regular vitamins?
My dear friend Sally Obermeder hooks me up with collagen goodness from her SWIISH line. I use her MOVE and GLOW Hydrolysed Collagen powders. There’s a hot chocolate version which is yummy with almond milk.
Health advice you would have given yourself 10 years ago?
Baby oil! I really needed to start pilates or yoga or something earlier too. It is never too late. Must get on to that.
What is your blowout meal?
Look, I just love food. I’ve never met a hot chip I didn’t like.
Would you consider plastic surgery?
Oh boy. Never say never … but I would be really frightened of how surgery would turn out. I don’t even like getting items custom made such as dresses because I like to try before I buy. I feel this would be the same for my face. What happens if you hate the result? For 20 years I’ve been debating getting Lasik eye surgery for my shortsightedness, but I’m too scared to do that. You’re stuck looking at this mug. Sorry.
