Most days but if I’m busy and feel by the end of the day I didn’t eat enough greens I’ll make a super smoothie to sneak some more goodness in.

Not really. I go off sugar every now and then if I feel I need a little kick — nothing processed and even limit fruit but that’s not for long periods of time. I would say I’m an intuitive eater and just try to feel my way through what my body needs rather than forcing it food at certain times of the day because that’s the way we’re conditioned to eat.

I mean, both are great for your health but I’m pretty useless at everything if I haven’t slept so I’d have to pick sleep.

What is your absolute blowout meal?

At the moment it’s less a calorific blowout and more a hit to the wallet, but oysters — I just want dozens and dozens of them! Can’t get enough of that zinc.

Just the wisdom teeth and some odd dental stuff.

Not doing enough of the gentle stretching exercise — yoga can feel boring so I’ve been into pilates lately for lengthening and toning. My body loves it.

What regular vitamins do you take?

I am big into keeping my skin glowing so replenishing my B3 is important. B3, or niacinamide, is a godsend for soothing and helping to restore the skin’s barrier so I use Vitamin B3 Blemish Controlling Moisturiser.

Health advice you would’ve given yourself 10 years ago?

Develop a self-care routine as early as you can and don’t apologise for it — taking the time to eat right, exercise and ground yourself is so important because you’re no good to anyone if you can’t take care of you.

Would you have plastic surgery?

I mean I’d never say never because I don’t like adding to the shame and stigma for people who feel the need to have face surgery. I love Dolly Parton and she’s said, “I might look fake but I’m real where it counts” — I’d have to agree with that.
