Do you get your five a day?

I try really hard to get my five a day and for the most part I do! But it can be tough if you aren’t prepared, especially when we have long days of filming.

Have you ever dieted?

Honestly, I spent most of my youth on a diet. It sucked! I spent so much time counting calories and I look back on that now and really regret it. Such a waste of energy and self worth when really I should have just enjoyed the skin I was in. I was fit and healthy and just a kid. These days I just try to eat well and move my body as much as I can, and fuel myself with things that make me feel good. That includes Tim Tams and vino.

Sleep or sex?

Depends how early my call time is.

What is your absolute blowout meal?

Pizza – a whole one. And probably some chocolate to start or finish! (I have a terrible habit of eating dessert before dinner when we have it. I have no idea why – ha ha!)

Have you had any operations?

I have had a fair few, actually. I’ve had my appendix out, my wisdom teeth out and three surgeries to explore my endometriosis and remove any cysts or endometriosis that I can.

Biggest health mistake?

I would say putting so much pressure on myself to look a certain way. It is so harmful to your mind and your body.

What regular vitamins do you take?

I take vitamin B, D, a multivitamin and fish oil.

Health advice you would’ve given yourself 10 years ago?

You will look back on photos of yourself and wonder why you thought you were so ugly! Wear the crop top!

Would you have plastic surgery?

I’m still trying to work out my opinion on this topic. On one hand I believe if it will make a person happy, who am I to judge? But on the other hand, a lot of plastic surgery is done because the patients believe they don’t fit in to the global beauty standards – most of which are created under the knife on celebrities anyway. I want to encourage people to work on being happy in the skin they are in, and not have their opinions of themselves dictated by those who use unhealthy methods and Photoshop to look a certain way.
