TRIBUTES are flowing in for wellknown Gold Coast PR maven and lifelong Surfers Paradise resident Tracey McMullan.

The 52-year-old with a “beautiful bubbly personality” passed away on Saturday night after a short battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Those closest to Ms McMullan took to social media on Sunday to pay their respects and share their memories.

Susie Gallagher (inset right with Ms McMullan) wrote: “43 years of love and friendship and the odd detention. My co-conspirator... and my newest guardian angel”.

“A deep sadness as I heard the news my friend and workmate Tracey McMullan has passed away after a short battle with brain cancer. RIP my dear friend and my condolences to her partner Kevin and her family. You will be missed as your beautiful bubbly personality was a pleasure to be around,” Ross Mercer wrote.

Friend Julie Allen said: “So, so sad. Such a beautiful lady taken way too early. I’ll miss our long chats.”

“She was so brave and loved by so many. Her angels took her to a beautiful place where she is at peace,” Janette Zakos posted. Ms McMullan had forged a long and successful career in media and was a former reporter at The Gold Coast Bulletin and The Sunday Mail. As well as starting her own Public Relations agency, Infinity PR, she was hand-selected to generate publicity for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games as part of its media team.

A GoFundMe page had been set up for Ms McMullan during her cancer battle, raising more than $13,000.
