Surely, after being fined for parking in your own driveway “past the boundary, marked by letterboxes” the next travesty is the fact that there are many streets in many suburbs - who don’t even have footpaths. How the hell is it even possible in this day and age that children are still drowning in backyard pools, being run over in driveways and dying inside cars??? It’s tragic but should not happen. From personal experience noticing the situations around these areas, mobile phone plays a huge part in these horrendous statistics. I saw the video of pro Hamas protesters invading the carols in Melbourne. A DISGRACE that Australians can not celebrate our traditions in peace. If people wish to live in this free country then they must respect our tradition while they are free to practise theirs. I couldn’t, help but feel the tragic irony as Christians celebrated the birth of Christ and sang “Oh little town of Bethlehem” while that very place was under siege by the IDF. More than 80 years on we are reminded of the horror that was the holocaust to elicit support for Israel. Yet what is happening to the people of Palestine on this Christmas day, both Moslem and Christian is also a veritable holocaust. Ezza.
