STOLEN CAR, COOLANGATTA

Police would like to speak to this man after the theft of a white 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC200 vehicle with Qld rego 917 ZFV. The Mercedes, which was locked and secured, was stolen from Coolangatta

Road, Bilinga between 9am on December 21 and 3.30pm on December 26. The vehicle is yet to be located. Police believe the man pictured will be able to help them with their investigations.

STEALING, BURLEIGH HEADS

Police want to speak to this man who they believe may assist them with their investigation into the theft of alcohol from a liquor store at Burleigh Heads. At around 1.10pm on

December 24, a man entered the Connor Street business and grabbed a 10-pack of Bundaberg Rum cans and left the store without attempting to pay.

ASSAULT, SOUTHPORT

Police believe this man may be able to help with their inquiries into the assault of a 65year-old man in Southport on December 29. At around 4.45pm, the 65-year-old man returned to his Isuzu NPR truck in a shopping centre carpark on Ferry Road. He saw a man who appeared to be going through a work toolbox on the back of the truck. When the victim confronted the man, he walked off. The

victim took a photo of the man and began to walk back to his truck when he was punched in the back of the head and fell to the ground. The man police want to speak to is described as caucasian, aged in his mid fifties and approximately 175cm tall with short greying hair and a muscular build. The victim received bruising and abrasions in the incident.
