O’Shea’s two-year-old colt ready to kick off race career

The NFL Super Bowl is less than a week away and a topical tip could be the John O’Shea-trained Linebacker, who makes his race debut at Warwick Farm.

“We have a couple of Super Seth horses in the stable,” Charlton said. “Linebacker is the most forward of them – the other is a bit immature, but we like them.

“We bought a couple yearlings by Super Seth over the last few weeks, including his Linebacker’s full brother for $80,000 from the Magic Millions before his second trial.”

“His maiden was a strong win then got the job done at Kembla last time when he was probably looking for further.
