Police want to speak to this woman who they believe may have informatio­n about the alleged theft of a $4000 designer handbag from a shop at Pacific Fair. Officers allege that at 10.50am on January 2, a woman entered the store and picked up a Valentino Vlogo Gate small handbag valued at just over $4000.

She allegedly removed the security tags and left the store after placing the bag in another bag she was carrying.

The woman allegedly made no attempt to pay for the hand bag, police said.

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Police are on the hunt for an alleged Christmas Grinch they believe took a money belt from a shopping centre toy shop.

Officers allege that between 2pm and 4pm on December 16

– just nine days before Santa Claus was due to place presents under trees – the money belt containing cash was taken from a toy shop in Elanora. Police are seeking to speak to the man pictured above, who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigat­ion.

Police are seeking to speak to this man, who they believe may be able to assist their investigat­ion into the alleged use of a stolen credit card at a service station at Carrara.

Officers allege that at about 3pm on January 4 a man entered the Elysium Rd service station in Carrara and purchased a number of items using a credit card that had been stolen from a Toyota Hiace Van about 2.45pm the same day.

The van had been parked at a shopping centre at Worongary when the credit card and a mobile phone were allegedly stolen from the vehicle.
