To no name regarding our youths going into Nashional services are you for real??.THEY GET TRAINED TO HELP LOOK AFTER OUR country in case God forbid !!a war breaks out... they get trained to do many skills.. not to be killers as you say.
The one unfortunate thing measures such as more juvenile detention centres, compulsory military service etc is huge startup (and continuing) costs. Are we prepared to pay more taxes/levies to meet such costs?

People need to lock doors behind them, lock garages up, if no security screens lock their windows, people are making it to easy for offenders to just walk in, keys left in cars, leave windows open, offenders aren’t stopping,it’s getting worse & the public have a responsibility look after their own property, not make it easier which seems to be the case.
