Here’s a new way to make it to Millionaire’s Row.

This luxury villa is so absolutely waterfront you’ll need a rowboat to get to the front door.

While floating staycay Oasis Noosa boasts unparalleled views in one of Queensland’s priciest postcodes, rates start at just $599 a night.

The eco experience for two adults is a passion project for owner Kane Parkin.

“I wanted to create a sustainable, one-of-a-kind, intimate and immersive experience,” he says. “It’s a romantic getaway that showcases the stunning Noosa Biosphere, a special place to reconnect with nature.

“Many couples celebrate anniversaries, proposals and honeymoons.”

Anchored on Noosa Sound, the queen bedroom, bathroom and kitchen set-up sports a ray deck and a host of home comforts, including WiFi, yoga mats, Nespresso coffee, masks and snorkels.

“We greet guests on arrival, row them out to Oasis Noosa and spend a few minutes onboard explaining how everything works so they are 100 per cent comfortable,” Kane says.

“Oasis Noosa is eco-designed, incorporating recycled or recyclable materials and solar, water desalination and composting.

“It’s a really special, diverse environment and by treading lightly with sustainable travel it will be enjoyed and appreciated for many generations to come.

“My favourite feature of the stay is falling asleep to the sound of gentle lapping water and waking up to a beautiful sunrise over Noosa Heads.

“Guests can dive off the large ray deck for a morning swim, and explore Noosa River on the kayaks or on a paddle board to get up close to the abundant marine and wildlife.”

It’s a short row to the nearest sandy shore, then a 10-minute walk to the Hastings St retail and hospo hub.

“Take the boardwalk to Noosa Main Beach, soak up the sun and swim in the Coral Sea,” Kane says.

“Walk Noosa National Park – be sure to keep a lookout for dolphins, turtles and whales along the coastal walk track and look up in the trees at Tea Tree Bay for sins of any koalas at rest.

“You can stop for a dip to cool down in the natural Fairy Rock Pools.

“Gondolas of Noosa and Noosa Dream Boats are also a favourite for guests to include for special celebrations.

“For others it’s about a relaxing getaway – turning off the mobile phone, getting lost in the ever-changing views and watching the fish swim around and all the birdlife.”
