Whilst having coffee with friends at Double Barrell on Monday 18th March, I observed a gentleman arrive in his black Jeep and reverse into disabled spot at waterways. Great roll model, plenty of car parks for him, He was not disabled, strong able guy in 50s and fairly fit! Annoyed grandmother!
