Model and influencer Ellidy Pullin has sold the Gold Coast home she once shared with her late partner, Olympic snowboarder Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin, for $1.76m.

The sleek two-storey house was the nation’s most-viewed property going to auction on realestate.com.au.

A couple who moved from New Zealand to the Gold Coast last year took home the keys from among seven bidders who had registered for the on-site auction, which was called by Trevor Tippett of Holmes Auctions.

Ms Pullin, who in 2022 released her memoir Heartstrong, said she had decided to downsize with daughter, Minnie, 2, described as Chumpy’s “miracle baby”.

Minnie was born 16 months after his death via an IVF procedure made possible by postmortem sperm retrieval.

Chumpy, a three-time Winter Olympian and world snowboarding champion, drowned aged 32 while spearfishing at Palm Beach in 2020.

“Our life was going on this trajectory where we had the house, the dog, we wanted the baby and essentially I’m continuing our life that we were going to live together without him,” Ms Pullin said.

She spoke of her decision to sell the home on her podcast, Darling, Shine!, co-hosted by Chloe Fisher.

Property records show the Elanora house on a 512sq m lot last sold for $935,000 in May 2018.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was marketed by Coastal agent Emisha Canning, with Ms Pullin, Minnie and their dog, Rummi, featured in promotional images accompanying the high-profile sales campaign.

“Sitting pretty in an elevated position, this sleek beauty makes an unforgettable first impression,” the listing stated.

“Crisp white tones, clean lines and polished concrete floors combine to showcase contemporary flair, while abundant natural light and an extensive use of timber give the home a welcoming feel of a family sanctuary.”

Property features include an open-plan design, kitchen fitted with high-end appliances, 50mm stone benchtops and a butler’s pantry, and a media room.

A timber entertaining deck surrounds the pool, while there is also a fenced backyard and twocar garage.

Ms Pullin’s popular social media feed documents beach days, international travel and quiet moments at home with Minnie.

She is in-demand as a model and ambassador, most recently announcing a collaboration with cosmetics giant Covergirl.

PropTrack data shows house prices in Elanora were up 5.5 per cent to a median of $1.21m over the past 12 months.
