Heavenly new yarn from Devon

We’ve all fallen in love with the latest yarn from John Arbon Textiles, called Devonia. It’s a delicious blend of Exmoor Blueface, Devon Bluefaced Leicester and Devon Wensleydale wools that’s spun by John and Juliet Arbon at their mill on Exmoor.

The combination of the three wools gives the yarn a bouncy feel, a soft handle, and a wonderful lustre and sheen. It has been dyed in a palette of 14 beautifully deep, mottled shades that were inspired by the work of French tapestry artist Jean Lurcat. The gorgeous shades include Pollen Gold, Dark Skies, Burnished Bronze and Ocean Rain.
