Renée Callahan’s latest pattern e-book is filled with the understated elegance and attention to detail we’ve come to expect from the EastLondonKnit designer.

There are two garment patterns and four accessories in the Recollection e-book. Feminine, vintage style abounds with ‘A Sweater for Lucille’. It’s a top-down, seamless design with chevron stripes and simple lace, sized to fit up to 67in busts. ‘Josephine’, meanwhile, is a waterfall cardigan with an unusual construction and slip stitch colourwork patterning.

Gorgeous accessories include ‘Jo Shawl’, an elegant combination of slip stitch stripes and lace, and ‘Mabel’s Maze’, a cowl with a graphic, spiralling colourwork pattern.

Completing the collection is a rectangular striped wrap worked on the bias, called ‘Hazel’s Stripes’, which is designed to use up small amounts of yarn from past projects. ‘Pat’s Hat’ features attractive cables and twisted ribbing, worked in a chunky wool.
