FINISHING

Starting at one corner, using a crochet hook, work 1 row of dc around all 4 edges, working a multiple of 4 sts plus 1 along the side edges, working 3 dc into each corner edge, sl st into first dc to close. Work a scalloped border up each side edge as folls: Next row: 1 dc into 1st dc, *miss 1 dc, 6 tr into next dc, miss 1 dc, 1 dc into next dc; rep from * to end of row. Fasten off. Make 4 tassels approx. 10cm in length as folls: Cut 50 strands of yarn, 25cm long per tassel. Fold each set in half, and tie a single strand through the fold to secure the stitches. Take another longer strand and wrap around the folded tassel several times. Secure and trim to approx 10cm. Attach one tassel to each corner of the blanket.
