Improve storage

Take kitchen cupboards all the way to the ceiling to maximise space.

Invest in dividers and holders for drawers to keep everything organised. While they take up space, they free up time and effort spent on rummaging for things.

Create a wall of storage — it could be open shelves, or a set of cabinets with streamlined doors and drawers.
