“The owners built the house for themselves (in 2004),” Mr Slatyer said.

“The house can be lived in as one home, or configured in a few different ways – occupied and rented downstairs or rented up and down separately.

“Alternatively, the house would make an excellent holiday rental if owners wanted an income.”

“Both of these properties have since undergone significant, full renovations.”
