HomeBuilder is tax-free and can be combined to complement other existing state and territory first homeowner grant programs, stamp duty concessions and other schemes.

As it is a time-limited grant, HomeBuilder is only available for contracts secured between June 4 and December 31, 2020.

To make the most of it, buyers are encouraged to secure their home and land contracts as soon as possible.
